Do you have fixed pricing packages?
Yes and no. We do have some hourly packages, but the complexity and the amount of work required will help us estimate how many hours you need a dedicated designer to outsource for you and the cost of it.

Will the designer be capable of working with our team members?
Absolutely! Our dedicated designers are highly collaborative and accustomed to working closely with internal teams.

You can do kick off meet, put it in your regular communication channel, and let them use the tools you require for the processes to go smoothly.

How will I communicate with my dedicated designer?
That's up to you.

We will just connect you to one of our expert designers and you can set them up to your communication channels such as Slack, Teams, emails and your project management tools.

What is the dedicated designer's work schedule?
We will define how many hours you'd need them in a week - 5-40 and then they will work within the 8am to 4pm CET.

How will they track the time of working?
We use time trackers internally, but if you have any specific tool that you want your dedicated designer to use, that's up to you!
